These singing bowls are used as triggers for the chakras (energy points of the body). The bowl vibrates by gently tapping or rubbing along the edge. Ideally, one approaches the vibrating bowl to the respective chakra on the body and slowly moves it up and down. This brings the chakra into resonance and allows congestion to flow again.
